Making restaurant quality food is what we do. We make our own dough and fillings using raw, wholesome ingredients and have been supplying restaurants, caterers, casinos, hotels, functions and major events throughout Australia for over 30 years.
Our Dim Sims use wholesome cuts of 100% Australian pork, chicken and beef.
All our buns are made using a traditional 24hour fermentation method. This produces a deep, hearty flavour and a “freshly baked” aroma when steamed.
We make fresh pastry each morning and knead it to a precise thickness that is just malleable enough to hold the parcel together.
