Pork Shoulder fillets, Mushroom, Prawns, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Salt, MSG, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Pepper, Flour, Food Colouring (E102)
Bring water to a hard boil. Steam frozen Siu Mai for approx. 6 minutes.
Place frozen Siu Mai on a plate/ microwavable container. Douse Siu Mai with water. Cover with microwavable cling wrap. Heat on high for approx. 1 minute.
Heat oil to 190°C and fry frozen Siu Mai for approx. 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain and serve.
