Soft, pillowy bun filled with Red Beans (azuki beans) that are boiled and mashed into a sweetened paste. The texture is light and creamy with an intoxicating fragrance.

Red Bean, Flour, Water, Sugar, Baking Powder, Ammonica Bicarbonate, Oil, Salt
Bring water to a hard boil. Steam frozen buns for approx. 10-15 minutes.
Remove packaging and place in microwavable container. Sprinkle water generously over buns and cover with lid. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Remove parchment paper underneath buns. Heat oil to 190°C and deep fry until golden brown. Drain and serve.
