Minced chicken drumstick fillet, shitake mushrooms, cabbage and onions partially wrapped in a super thin pastry made fresh every morning
Chicken, Cabbage, Onion, Shallot, Pepper, Ginger powder, Salt, Sugar, Maize starch, Sesame Oil, Soda powder, MSG, Soy sauce, Protein-enriched flour, Food colouring (E102), Corn flour
Bring water to a hard boil. Steam frozen dim sims for approx. 15 minutes.
Place frozen dim sims on a plate/microwavable container. Douse dim sims with water. Cover with microwavable cling wrap. Heat on high for approx. 1 minute.
Use one of the other two methods to heat up dim sims. Alternatively, defrost dim sims until thawed. Heat oil to 190°C and fry dim sims for approx. 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain and serve.
