Soft, pillowy bun filled with a silky smooth paste made from boiled lotus seeds that are grounded and creamed to create a smooth, silky texture and a very light chestnut-like taste.

Soy Bean, Lotus Seed, Flour, Sugar, Oil, Salt, Baking Powder, Ammonica Bicarbonate
Bring water to a hard boil. Steam frozen buns for approx. 10-15 minutes.
Remove packaging and place in microwavable container. Sprinkle water generously over buns and cover with lid. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Remove parchment paper underneath buns. Heat oil to 190°C and deep fry until golden brown. Drain and serve.
