Soft, pillowy bun filled with homemade custard consisting of eggs and vanilla bean extract, whisked until smooth, and steamed into a rich, melt-in-your mouth texture.

Egg, Flour, Sugar, Butter, Coconut Milk, Custard Powder, Baking Powder, Ammonia Bicarbonate, Vanilla Essence

Cooking Instructions

Steaming:
Bring water to a hard boil. Steam frozen buns for approx. 10-15 minutes.

Microwaving:
Remove packaging and place in microwavable container. Sprinkle water generously over buns and cover with lid. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Deep Frying:
Remove parchment paper underneath buns. Heat oil to 190°C and deep fry until golden brown. Drain and serve.
