Minced chicken drumstick fillets, shitake mushrooms, onions and cabbage, lightly seasoned and wrapped in a super thin dumpling pastry made fresh each morning.

Bring water to a hard boil. Steam frozen dumplings for approx. 6 minutes.
Place frozen dumplings on a plate/microwavable container. Douse dumplings with water. Cover with microwavable cling wrap. Heat on high for approx. 1 minute.
Heat oil to 190°C. Fry frozen dumplings for 3 minutes until golden brown. Drain and serve.
Add oil onto a non-stick frying pan and use medium heat. Fry frozen dumplings for approx. 2 minutes. Pour half a cup of water into frying pan and cover with lid. Allow the water to sizzle until evaporated (approx. 1-2 minutes).
